Juanita's updates on outstanding filings:

• ACRA (expect both ready for filing by end 22-Feb-2013)
• AGM + financial statements filing for y/e 30-Sep-2011 (due 31-Dec-2011)
• AGM + financial statements filing for y/e 30-Sep-2012 (due 31-Dec-2012)
• IRAS (expect all three ready for filing by end 1-Mar-2013)
• Tax return for y/e 30-Sep-2011 (due 30-Nov-2012)
• Tax return for y/e 30-Sep-2012 (due 30-Nov-2013)
• Voluntary Notification of Error for an incorrect month and year for financial year-end on previous return, may require a new tax assessment to be performed, even if no tax is to be paid.

 Other items:

• Amir's invoices are pending his reconciliation
• A formal petty cash account is expected to be operational from 1-Mar-2013
• Read-only access to StanChart and PayPal accounts is to be set up for Juanita(and full access for Luther): she'll sort out paperwork and follow up. Justin's access to be terminated to make room for this, Meng's and/or Ruiwen's likewise.
